Does HCM include payroll?
HCM manages everything payroll needs — attendance, overtime, leave, salary structures and statutory data — and pairs natively with HYPERSYS ERP's payroll module. If you run payroll elsewhere, HCM exports a clean, validated payroll input file or feeds your system by API.
Can employees really use it on any phone?
Yes. The self-service portal is a lightweight web app that works on any modern smartphone — no app-store installs to police — and tolerates weak connectivity, syncing when a connection returns.
How is sensitive HR data protected?
Records are encrypted at rest and in transit, access is role-scoped down to field level (a line manager sees leave balances, not salaries), and every view or change of a sensitive record is logged. See our security page for the full picture.
We have staff across multiple countries. Can HCM handle that?
Yes — multiple legal entities, locations, calendars, public-holiday sets and leave policies can coexist, with reporting per entity or consolidated across the group.
Can we start with core HR and add modules later?
