Do we need special barcode hardware?
No. Any modern Android phone or tablet works as a scanner through the HYPERSYS mobile app. If you already run rugged scanners or label printers, we support standard Zebra-compatible devices and label formats.
Can it handle batch and expiry tracking for pharma or food?
Yes — batch/lot capture at receipt, FEFO-enforced picking, expiry dashboards and full recall traceability from supplier batch to the customer invoice it ended up on.
How does it connect to our accounting system?
With HYPERSYS ERP the integration is native — every receipt, transfer and dispatch posts to the ledger in real time. Running other accounting software? The REST API and scheduled exports keep your books in sync.
What happens when the warehouse loses internet?
Scanning workflows tolerate connection drops: transactions queue on the device and sync automatically when the network returns, with conflict checks on the server side.
Can we manage consignment or customer-owned stock?
