HYPERSYS Solutions LLC ("HYPERSYS", "we", "us") provides subscription-based business applications. With respect to information collected through this website, we act as the data controller (or "business" under the California Consumer Privacy Act); with respect to personal data our customers store in HYPERSYS applications, we act as a data processor (or "service provider") under our customers' instructions.
2. Information we collect
- Contact information you submit through our forms — name, company, work email, phone number and your message.
- Usage information about how you use our website, collected through essential analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type).
- Customer workspace data processed on behalf of our customers under their instructions and our terms of service.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, schedule demos and provide our services.
- To operate, secure and improve the HYPERSYS platform.
- To meet legal obligations, including tax and regulatory requirements.
- To send service communications; marketing messages only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Legal bases
We process personal data on recognized legal bases: consent, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only to service providers who help us operate (hosting, communications, analytics) under contracts that require equivalent protection, or where required by law.
