HYPERSYS Nexus

One platform. Every operation.

HYPERSYS Nexus Applications is the ERP Suites for companies that refuse to stitch their business together from disconnected tools — eight core modules and eight add-ons sharing one database, one login and one source of truth.

  • 8 core modules included
  • 8 add-ons, toggleable per subscription
  • GAAP & IFRS · multi-entity · multi-currency

Why a suite

The integration project you never have to run

Most "best-of-breed" stacks spend more on keeping tools in sync than on the tools themselves. Nexus modules share one database and one security model, so a posted invoice, an approved PO, a hired employee or a closed project is instantly consistent everywhere — finance, operations, analytics.

  • One source of truthEvery module reads and writes the same records — no sync jobs, no reconciliation spreadsheets.
  • Compliance per jurisdictionTax engine, tax-by-country billing, GAAP & IFRS statements and e-invoicing mandate support maintained by us.
  • Grows by toggle, not by projectAdd-ons and modules switch on per subscription — the data model is already there waiting.
  • Open where it mattersThe Integration Hub connects banks, BI, payments and e-invoicing networks you already use.

FAQ

HYPERSYS Nexus, asked and answered

Do we have to buy all eight core modules?
No. The suite ships with all core modules available, and you enable what you need — most customers start with Financials plus one or two operational modules. Because the platform is shared, enabling another module later is configuration, not a new project.
What's the difference between a core module and an add-on?
Core modules are the operational backbone included with the suite. Add-ons — like Manufacturing, EPM, GRC or the Integration Hub — are specialized capabilities priced separately and toggleable per subscription, so you only pay for advanced depth when you use it.
How long does a Nexus implementation take?
A typical mid-market rollout goes live in six to ten weeks: discovery, configuration and data migration, role-based training, a parallel-run pilot, then cut-over with hypercare support through your first month-end close. Larger multi-entity programs are phased by module or by company.
Can you migrate our data from QuickBooks, Sage, Excel or a legacy ERP?
Yes. We migrate charts of accounts, opening balances, customers, vendors, items, employees and open documents using validated templates. Every migration ends with a reconciliation report your accountants sign off before go-live.
We run telecom operations — is BSS/OSS really part of the Nexus ERP Suites?
Yes — Nexus BSS/OSS brings telecom CRM, zero-touch provisioning, multi-country billing, NOC & monitoring, revenue assurance and AI Ops into the same platform as your financials. It's also available as a standalone instance for operators who want it on its own.
What if we outgrow a module and need the standalone version?
The standalone products — Inventory WMS, Estate, HCM HRIS, Nexus Health, NexusOps Service Management, Projects PMO, BSS/OSS and Sales & Billing Retail — share the platform DNA, so moving between in-suite modules and standalone deployments preserves your data and your training.
