Move goods. Prove it. Bill it.

The problems we solve

Where logistics providers leak margin

01

Work you did but never billed

Receiving, put-away, storage days, picks, packs, returns — in a 3PL every activity is revenue. Activity capture at the scan level feeds contract billing automatically, so the invoice matches the work.

02

Deliveries you can’t prove

A dispute without a POD is a credit note. Routes, timestamps, signatures and photos close every delivery with evidence — synced from the driver’s phone.

03

Clients calling for stock counts

The client portal shows their inventory, orders and documents in real time — service level up, phone traffic down, and your team back on operations.

Dock-to-invoice

Every scan is an activity. Every activity is revenue.

From the GRN at the dock to the signature at the door, each event is captured once and used everywhere: stock updated, task closed, SLA measured — and the billable line queued on the client’s next invoice.

FAQ

Logistics & 3PL, asked and answered

How does multi-client 3PL stock separation actually work?
Ownership is a first-class attribute on every unit of stock. Client A never sees or affects Client B’s inventory, documents or rates — while your warehouse team works one consolidated task queue across accounts.
Can drivers use their own phones for PODs?
Yes. The dispatch app runs on any modern Android device — routes, navigation hand-off, signatures and photos — and tolerates dead zones by syncing when coverage returns.
Our billing contracts are all different. Can the system cope?
Rate cards support per-activity, per-storage-day, per-order, weight/volume and minimum-charge models per client — and because billing reads operational events, changing a contract is configuration, not a development project.
